## How it works

Frame count equals duration in seconds × frames per second. For chunk-based generation, estimated chunks equal the frame budget divided by frames per chunk, rounded up. Fractional frame rates and models with overlap or bootstrap frames can require different exact accounting.

1. Enter the intended video duration and frame rate.
2. Set frames per generation chunk when relevant.
3. Read the frame budget and rounded-up chunk count.

## FAQ

### How many frames are in a 10-second video at 24 fps?

A 10-second video at a constant 24 fps contains 240 frames. If a generation chunk contains 33 frames, at least eight nominal chunks cover that frame budget before model-specific overlap.

### Are displayed frames the same as generated frames?

Not always. Interpolation, repetition and model overlap can change the relationship between native generation and displayed output.
